A Microstory Update
A New MicroStory Prompt and
Welcome Micro Authors and readers. I hope everyone had a spectacular week. I have been having a ton of fun making short looping stories based on trippy AI videos. However as I continue to experiment with my writing, I want the Microstory Substack to evolve as well. Therefore I am going to make a few changes to the format of these posts. Here is what this Substack will look like going forward:
I am going to keep releasing these weekly prompt emails. However, these emails will only contain writing prompts and a link to submit stories.
Every few weeks once enough quality stories have been submitted I will send out a email with a collection of micro fiction that authors have submitted.
So without further ado, below is how the weekly prompt e-mails will look.

Story Engine Prompt: A Controversial Visionary
A controversial visionary wants to stop being haunted by an ominous forgery, but they must accept a loss they have been in denial about.
Your story can be loosely or closely based on the prompt. Any length story is now encouraged. I like to challenge myself to write a exactly 100 word story, but you could even make a one sentence story based on the art for the prompt.
